With this "Agent Assisted" plan, one of our brokers will represent your best interest from the initial offer negotiations, all the way through to your closing. We will assist with offer negotions, transaction paperwork, escrow requirements, inspection and appraisal issues, settlement and closing details. We handle all comminication with buyers, brokers, lenders, title companies and appraisers.
We recommend our "Agent Assisted" to sellers not experienced or comfortable in working with real estate agents, legal documents, mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors, and all the other parties involved in the sale of a property. This is also a helpful program, because many REALTORS refuse to work directly with a seller in making offers due to their Brokerage rules & increased liability.
